The hotel had a convenient location near popular attractions and public transportation, with plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the robot cleaners were a neat feature. the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay during Easter.
The wifi was extremely spotty and unreliable, especially during peak hours when the hotel was full. Multiple times, we were unable to connect to the internet or even load basic web pages.

The hotel had a good price for the holidays and there was a private bathroom in the room. the hotel was located adjacent to a train station and there were several shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. It was great to wake up and eat breakfast at the nearby cafes.
The hotel was difficult to find and the signage wasn't noticeable. the staff was not very helpful and wasn't around most of the time.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, which was so close to some of the most stunning cultural landmarks of the city. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, especially the laundry service that allowed us to keep our clothes clean and fresh even on longer stays. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff. Lastly, the convenience of having a 24-hour convenience store nearby and easy transportation options was simply unbeatable.
Everything is what we need and want.
